The ethos we are trying to encourage and develop at St Faiths is not where you come along like a spectator at a football match and watch the game from the grand stand, but rather you will be encouraged to join the team and be a geniune player!  As the priest at St Faiths, the metaphor I would use to describe my own ministry is that I am a playing coach.  One of the main aspects of my ministry along with the Parish Council is to encourage your worship and ministry.
